By simply using the app, users can schedule on-demand microtransit or paratransit rides, where our technology efficiently pairs them with others traveling in the same direction.
How it works:
- Download the GRTC On the Go app.
- Book a ride using your smartphone.
- Be picked up at your designated location.
- Receive notification when your vehicle is en route.
- Share the ride with other passengers heading towards your destination.
Overview:
- Connected: LINK Microtransit connects users to community zones and GRTC fixed routes. CARE paratransit provides transportation access to individuals with disabilities in need of specialized services.
- Shared: Our algorithm pairs passengers traveling in the same direction, combining the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of public transportation.
- Accessible: All LINK and CARE vehicles are ADA accessible, ensuring inclusive transportation for all passengers.
- Sustainable: By encouraging ride-sharing, we contribute to reducing traffic congestion and CO2 emissions. By using our service, you are actively participating in creating a greener and cleaner city environment.
