<p>Welcome aboard! The GRTC On the Go app offers a new transportation solution in the Richmond region, providing on-demand rides for LINK microtransit and CARE paratransit services. It allows users to easily book door-to-door transportation within their community.</p>
 
<p>By simply using the app, users can schedule on-demand microtransit or paratransit rides, where our technology efficiently pairs them with others traveling in the same direction.</p>
 
<h2>How it works:</h2>
<ol>
  <li>Download the GRTC On the Go app.</li>
  <li>Book a ride using your smartphone.</li>
  <li>Be picked up at your designated location.</li>
  <li>Receive notification when your vehicle is en route.</li>
  <li>Share the ride with other passengers heading towards your destination.</li>
</ol>
 
<h2>Overview:</h2>
<ul>
  <li><em>Connected:</em> LINK Microtransit connects users to community zones and GRTC fixed routes. CARE paratransit provides transportation access to individuals with disabilities in need of specialized services.</li>
  <li><em>Shared:</em> Our algorithm pairs passengers traveling in the same direction, combining the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of public transportation.</li>
  <li><em>Accessible:</em> All LINK and CARE vehicles are ADA accessible, ensuring inclusive transportation for all passengers.</li>
  <li><em>Sustainable:</em> By encouraging ride-sharing, we contribute to reducing traffic congestion and CO2 emissions. By using our service, you are actively participating in creating a greener and cleaner city environment.</li>
